Abdominal Exercises For Beginning Bodybuilders.

To start with I owe the site an apology and an explanation for the prolonged absence I have taken from posting and monitoring the content.

Towards the latter end of 2017 I suffered a pretty serious injury to my spine resulting in 2 slipped disks and a pinched nerve.

This injury resulted in the most uncomfortable 3 months of my life, about every pain killer available on the NHS, MRI scans and physiotherapy.

During this period fitness went out the window. I lost 80% of the weight loss progress that I had made and to top it off – due to the nerve damage in my left arm my overall strength is back to square one…

This situation could have gone one of two ways, and in fairness – if I hadn’t snapped myself out of it sooner I think that I would have quickly spiralled further into a pit of self-destruction.

I have heard in the past how hard it is to bounce back from a serious injury but without actually experiencing it, it is hard to actually grasp how much you let go of by dropping your routine for as long as 3 months.

I will cover more about the impact that this is going to have on my training over the next few months, however for now I will finish this post with a commitment that the page is back in action and more content will be coming very soon!
