So today was the second day of Kris Gethin’s Hardcore Daily Trainer. I made a couple of modifications to the plan just to fit around the kit that was available at the gym today. I am really pleased with how the session went. Rest day tomorrow, I probably deserve it after the past 5 days training.

Seated Tricept Press – 1 set / 20 reps – 12.5kg
