So today was the second day of Kris Gethin’s Hardcore Daily Trainer. I made a couple of modifications to the plan just to fit around the kit that was available at the gym today. I am really pleased with how the session went. Rest day tomorrow, I probably deserve it after the past 5 days training.

Chest & Triceps:

13 mins Jogging Treadmill

Dumbbell Press – 6 Sets / 10 Reps – 12.5kg / 15kg / 17.5kg / 17.5kg / 12.5kg / 12.5kg

Incline Dumbbell Flyes – 6 Sets / 10 Reps – 12.5kg / 12.5kg / 12.5kg / 12.5kg / 12.5kg / 12.5kg

Straight Arm Dumbbell Pull Over – 2 Sets / 20 Reps – 12.5kg / 12.5kg

Triceps Pushdown – 3 sets / 12 reps – 60kg / 70kg / 70kg

Seated Tricept Press – 1 set / 20 reps – 12.5kg

13 mins Jogging Treadmill

 

No workout tomorrow, but will be back in the gym Sunday morning for Back and Biceps.
