Ok, so the site has been dormant for way too long.
Completely my fault so I am sorry. At the beginning of 2018, I suffered a serious injury to my neck that resulted in me being out of action for most of the year.
I tried to get back into training but failed, but it’s it 2019 and it is time to make a change.
So this entry will be the first of my weekday updates on the site. I will be posting my personal training record each weekday – Monday to Friday to keep myself motivated and you up to speed with my training.
I am also doing a course in mobile app development so I am hoping to create an app that allows you to follow my plan and progress and also, hopefully, track your own at the same time!
Thank you for everyone who has kept the site alive over the past year – but moving forward I am back at the helm of CutandGain.
